Faulty or Damaged Products-

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us with details and a mandatory unboxing video within 12 hours of delivery .Upon verification ,we will offer an exchange for the same product or another product of equal value .Items must be returned in unused conditions with all original packaging and invoice intact.
